Pumpkin Patch

Over this weekend we decided to take the kids to a pumpkin patch nearby and let them pick out their own "mini" pumpkins. They had alot of fun, we actually took a lot of pictures and only a few turned out really pretty decent. I was a bit disapointed because they did not have face painting but maybe next year :)

Family visit

My younger sister Ashley came in town the week before last and stayed for a week with my adorable nephew Everett. We spent alot of time together while she was here, I am so terrible with remembering the camera I got zero pictures (I know I suck) but my sis got a few on her last day of the kids luckily. I can't wait for them to come visit again for Thanksgiving! :)

I cannot post the pictures she sent for some reason so here is a link to her page to see a few..

My goofy kids... :)

So today was haircut day for the girls. They always do great, I think they feel like they are being pampered. They just sit in the chair and go in a daze and stare in the mirror, its hilarious! But it makes it easier for me :) Anyway, I posted some pics of my goofy girls and their haircuts...they always make such crazy faces when I tell them to smile.

It's the most wonderful time of the year.....

So one of my friends told me on Saturday I needed to update my blog, so here it is...

Nothing really new is going on, we are just trying to enjoy the fall and its been hard to do so far. For the past month or so we have been battling colds & urinary tract infections, BLAH :( I LOVE fall because of the weather but HATE it because my kids have horrible immune systems and get sick back to back until spring arrives again. It's been a fun break from fevers and runny noses, but alas its time for the season again. Jenna may have issues like I do with the frequent UTI's (I feel horrible) hopefully I have not passed this down to her. She has gotten 2 in a row so far and if she gets another the doc wants me to take her to a specialist. I feel so bad for her so please pray that this will not be the case for her.

Baby update: she is measuring a little big so Dr. Windom will probably induce me a week early, we will see but he wants me to only come see him from now on so I guess he plans on being the one to deliver her and the only way for that to happen is for a scheduled induction (which I prefer). So, we will have little Claire here possibly by Thanksgiving :)

Sisterly love

My girls fight a lot but they also love on each other quite a bit too. This morning they were playing really sweet with one another, they are such hams for the camera :)

Missouri Trip

Last week as most of you know I went to Missouri for a funeral. My Dad,Mom,Ashley, Bryan,Everett, and I all drove in the same car up there. Though it was not a pleasant reason we were all gathering together to go for a visit we still had a lot of fun cramped all in one car traveling. We stayed in my grandparents house along with my half sister Niki. I got a few shots of us all dressed up for the funeral and also I got a few of Everett my adorable nephew!

Daddy loves his girls!

While I was gone last week for my niece's funeral John went to his parents to pick up the girls a few nights. Kathy took this picture when he came to get them, it's just sooo cute I had to post it. Jenna loves to give/receive kisses, such a sweetie pie!

Breaking Dawn ****Spoiler Alert*****

I just finished the series yesterday and I have to say overall I am pleased. I think adding a baby into the mix was a bit odd at first, well at least the way it happened kinda threw me a bit, but I am glad she included this aspect in the ending because I think it helped make the relationship between Edward and Bella complete (in my opinion). I think the whole Jacob imprinting on Reneesmee weirded me out but I am glad that Meyer created a way for him to be happy and still be in Bella's life. It definitely had a few twists, but I have to say I loved it! Anyone else read it and have any opinions??
