Trunk or Treat

We took the kids to our ward's trunk or treat this past weekend, it turned out really good. There were alot of people there and so many cute costumes! We took pictures before we left and one when we got there (i know how lame are we?) but at least we got a few good shots of the girls in their costumes :) We will definitely take more pics on Halloween. Aren't they just the cutest?

I have very little time to do much on the computer so that is my justification for why these pics are so random, lol :) We have been taking walks every night almost since it has been cooling down at night.. jenna and abbi both LOVE to walk around our neighborhood. There are a few of the girls playing and etc, anyway- enjoy the pics!

Blanket forts RULE!!

In my humble opinion, the best way to watch General Conference is at home in a blanket fort. :)

PRETTY!!

Abbi forced an old baby headband on her head yesterday and then looked up at her mommy and me and said, "PRETTY!" Isn't she though!?!?!

Florida beach vacation

We went to the beach for our vacation this year because it has been 4 years since i have seen a beach- i was dying to go! We went to pensacola to Johnson's beach. It is not a public beach, its private and kinda secluded-absolutely gorgeous! (it's on a florida key). We had a TON of fun. This was abbi and jenna's first time at the beach, and definately not the last! Abbi loved everything, she had so much fun playing in the waves, building sandcastles, feeding seagulls, and collecting shells. She has her first shell collection now, its too cute. Jenna did good too- we are total beachbums. John and i fried after the second day (that's what we get for not wearing any sunscreen) so it was a bit hard to go out the next few days but we lathered ourselves up with 50 suncreen and went back out :) My sister and bryan watched abbi and jenna on thursday so john and i went out and ate and had a little date night. The restraunt we went to was awesome, it was called hall's. You could see the beach from where we sat and they had the best fish i have had in a long time. We took so many pictures i could not possibly post them all i will post a few of the good ones.

So much blogging so little time.. lol.

Abbi and Jenna have this great bond as sisters.... its amazing. They always light up in each others presence and always have to be sitting and playing close to one another. Abbi is talking alot now and she is always saying "sissy" this and that its hilarious. I love watching them i could do it all day. I cannot wait to have more kids so that they can all play together. I used to say i only wanted 2 or 3 at most but seeing them together has made me change my mind :) Anyway i have a cute video of Abbi hugging Jenna (she does it all the time) and a few cute pics of them together.

Random

As you can tell i have not posted much in the past few months i have been very busy and anyway- i have taken so many pics and just not made posts. I wanted to post a few random pics for everyone to see :) Some are of cousins and some of daddy and babies, just random- enjoy!

Long weekend

Over this past long weekend we had some friends over for a pool party/BBQ. Abbi and my friend lucy's little girl are the best of friends! They always get along so great, probably because their mommies do too! lol. Latoya brought over her little 3 month old little girl. It was weird to see them next to one another because jenna looks like a monster compared to latoya's daughter (should have gotten a pic of that.) I just thought the one pic i did get of abbi and nalia was too cute not to post :)

My older sister Tracy

As some of you may know, my older sister Tracy is having major surgery in the next week or so. She is 33 weeks pregnant with my little nephew (Luke Joseph) and has a serious condition called placenta percreta. It means that the placenta attaches to the uterus and in some rare cases it attaches to organs outside of the uterus. Her placenta has attached to the bladder and possibly other organs. It has actually gone into the bladder about 3 to 5 cm. The surgery she is going to have will be very risky for her and the baby but mostly for her. Please keep her in your prayers and thoughts, i would appreciate it.
